    It depends on the scope. A single workshop can run half a day. A full reskilling or upskilling program typically spans 4 to 12 weeks, with sessions designed around the team's availability.

    Yes. We deliver programs in both Italian and English and can run bilingual sessions for mixed teams.

    Each program ends with a practical output: a tool adopted, a workflow changed, or a deliverable produced by the team. We measure adoption, not just attendance.

    We issue certificates of completion for structured programs. For regulated contexts that require formal accreditation, contact us and we will assess the options together.
